Refund policy

Because HexiDesk LLC products are produced specifically for commercial orders, customers should contact our sales team immediately if a cancellation or change is needed.

Many orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submission, subject to production status and written confirmation from HexiDesk LLC. This 24-hour period is not a guarantee of cancellation and should not be relied upon as a contractual cancellation window.

Once an order has entered manufacturing, cancellation may no longer be available. If a manufactured order is cancelled, the 50% deposit may be retained to cover materials, production, labor, and other costs incurred by HexiDesk LLC.

Orders may not be cancelled once the product has shipped.

Custom products, custom sizes, special configurations, and other made-to-order products may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions.

Returns

HexiDesk LLC products are made to order and cannot be returned.

Customers should carefully review product specifications, finishes, dimensions, quantities, and shipping requirements before submitting an order.
